Can I please make you all aware of a “Women’s March” taking place on Saturday 19th January 2019 from Portland Place to Trafalgar Square.

Timings as follows:

11.00 – March begins to convene at Portland Place

12:00 – March begins to form up

12:30 – March starts

13.30 – First marchers arrive at Trafalgar Square

14.00 – Rally starts

15.30 – Event ends

15.40 – Derig and clean-up operation
